“I have used Otto and his team to move twice and could not have been more happy with them. They are professional, friendly, and trustworthy. The first time Otto moved me, it was from my apartment in Santa Monica to a storage facility near the LAX airport. I moved up to San Francisco after that on a trial basis. When I decided to make the SF move permanent, I needed to arrange to get my things from storage up to SF. I was hoping to do this without the hassle of a trip down to LA myself. I called Otto and he could not have been more accommodating. I mailed him my storage key, and he and his team moved all of my stuff up to SF without one glitch.
